Dekolo Designs is a home DIY and design brand, and we also specialize in event wall rentals to elevate any special occasion.

What types of event walls do you offer?

We currently offer three beautiful floral walls:

• White Serenity – A classic, all-white floral backdrop

• Blushing Blooms – A soft pink and blush-toned floral wall

• Luxe Garden – A lush green floral wall with subtle pops of color

Do you create custom event walls?

At this time, we offer our three signature designs, but we are open to discussing custom requests based on availability and timeline.

Booking & Rental Information

How do I book an event wall rental?

You can book through our website by filling out the contact request form, or you can contact us via email or Instagram DM to check availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons and holidays.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental includes:
✅ Setup & breakdown of the wall
**Not applicable with the introductory launch rate ($50 additional fee)
✅ Rental for up to 6 hours (customizable)
—> Most frequently requested time frames: 9:00am-3:00pm OR 4:00pm-10:00pm
✅ Delivery within 20 miles (additional fee may apply for further distances)

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week before your event.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Can I extend my rental time?

Yes! Additional rental hours can be added for an extra fee, subject to availability.

Delivery & Setup

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental fee within our standard service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this range. However, our highly reduced introductory rate through Summer 2025, will incur an additional $50 delivery and setup fee.

How much space do I need for a floral wall setup?

Our walls are approximately 8’x8’ and require a flat, stable surface for setup. Please ensure there’s enough clearance for installation.

Can the event wall be set up outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor setups require a stable ground surface and must be protected from extreme wind or rain.

Cancellations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable. This secures your event date and covers preparation costs.

1. If you cancel 14 or more days before the event, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded at 50%.

2. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be given.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule once for free if you notify us at least 14 days in advance.

1. Rescheduling requests less than 14 days before the event will incur a $35 rescheduling fee (to compensate for lost booking opportunities).

2. The new event date must be within 6 months of the original booking, subject to availability.

What if the event wall gets damaged during my event?

Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A damage fee will be charged if repairs are needed.

Additional Services & Customization

Do you offer add-ons like neon signs or balloons?

Yes! We can provide custom neon signs, balloon arrangements, or other decorative elements to enhance your event wall. Pricing varies based on customization, timeline and availability.

Can I use my own decorations on the floral walls?

Lightweight decorations such as small signs or fairy lights can be attached carefully. Please discuss your plans with us in advance to avoid damage.
